The power-hungry bureaucrats of the USDOE have gone mad! In their overzealous bid for power, they will destroy educational opportunities for millions of underserved adults across this country. to make up for being asleep at the switch allowing private universities to grab millions of tax dollar support for ill-prepared adult students, they will subject all legitimate distance education programs to unnecessary and dysfunctional bureaucratic control, requiring even fully accredited public universities to register with each state department of education.
