Not sure this is right. Wasnt she born and raised in Owensbore or maybe Paducah?

She is a Glasgow native, but was raised in Louisville. She graduated from Seneca High school, and Wellesley College. This according to the ABCnews website.

Her parents were in Glasgow when her mother went into labor and had to go to TJ Samson, where Diane was born.

Not at all ! I have met her and she is very proud to be a Kentuckian. She makes no secret of her birthplace. An earlier post is correct. Her parents were visiting relatives near Glasgow prior to the Christmas holidays and Diane's mother went into labor. She was born at T J Samson Hospital. She was raised in Louisville and at one time lived on Sterling Rd off Taylorsville Rd. Her father died, mother remarried. Her mother stills lives in Louisville and Diane visits there often.

It is in today's Courier Journal that Diane and her husband were in Louisville this past week visiting with her mother.
