The feds simply don't have enough boots on the ground, working with local law enforcement is common sense and is done with a lot of cases, illegal immigration should be no different. Besides local law enforcement is much more in touch with the problems.

The Congress shall have power to provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions; Section 8 Article I U.S. Constitution

The Constitution authorizes the state and local law enforcement agencies to enforce our immigration laws and to engage the illegal invaders and push them BACK ACROSS the border.(repel invasions)

We must start DEMANDING that our local ad State police start rounding up the illegals and bouncing them back across the border.

I have a plan to do just that. http://www.jimhayden2012.org/Immigration.htm
