I'm sorry but Jay Toney has nothing to do with the fact that CPS took your kids. He might have the final say but if CPS felt like your kids needed their assistance then they probably did. I have dealt with CPS on a couple different occasions and let me tell you. If they took your kids, it was because they needed too. Not because Jay Toney thought he wanted to kiss ass! Prove to CPS that your children would be better off with you and then you will get them back. It don't have anything to do with Jay Toney. Believe me! I don't like him either but he is fair!

I have seen CPS take children out of their grandparents home & place them with the parents that never wanted a damn thing to do with the kids to begin with.I guess when the children start getting social security checks every month then that makes all the difference in the world to the parents. So stop singing the praises of CPS please. They place kids with people that are not fit nor deserve the kids all the time.

They should charge the parents for every dime spent investigating them and the cost of taking their kids.
The taxpayers should not have to foot the bill for these losers.

I have seen Judge Toney place children in homes that are not good for them. I have seen him remove kids from good homes and place them with a parent who is on drugs. He will not get my vote.

. No not my children. I work in Human services. I have my children thank you very much. There always has to be a smartass! I have seen this judge make horrible mistakes regarding the placement of children. I hope someone runs against this idiot and unseats him!

All I have heard about Jay Toney points to him being an as@hole plus a dumb one at that. The only people he gets off are the guilty ones and he has a hell of a time doing that!

My above topic should have included when he WAS a so called lawyer anyway.
