Yet another quality Richmond public schools educated criminal. Any wonder about her guilt in this attack?

The quality just keeps shinning from her outstanding actions.

Just give her the juice or the chair and save taxpayers the money wasted on keeping her locked up.

There is no potential for her to ever contribute to society.
