Clean out all the teens and it will be a better place. Build the teens their own place and let them hang out there.

As if there are not a bunch of old grumpy adults with their lives going no where in the city. If it were not for the teens and VCU Richmond would possibly be the most miserable place on the planet. The city would be filled with a bunch of self segregated old cranky adults still wanting their 'Ukrops' back.
