Driving by the new Circuit City store in Sebring, FL last Friday (1/23), there were signs along the highway stating "liquidation sale-everything 30% off". The following Tuesday (1/27, I decided to go and see the sales. The signs were gone and everything in the store was marked 10% off.(I suspect an employee jumped the gun and had put the 30% off signs prematurely). Needless to say, the sstore was full of people, none of them leaving with any purchases. The prices, even on sale, were astronomical. I have been pricing TVs for a while and the "sale" prices were higher than they had ever been there. Do they think we are all stupid?
