Susan Sommer said no one is trying to stop students from forming groups around their beliefs. But she said the Supreme Court ruling has now clarified that public colleges don't have to support groups that discriminate.
If such groups see it as a repudiation of what they believe, "that is something they have to live with," Sommer said.

I've always loved this debate. We want to be able to discriminate as we see fit but we don't want you to be able to discriminate against us.

Sometimes you gotta wish that someone would give the Christians who believe that they are being discriminated against a short course in what discrimination actually looks like.

This issue, like so many, all center on MONEY! That "christian" group was asking to be accepted by the college so it could get FUNDING and other college resources. Hey, if they want to put limits on their club, fine, but don't ask for money to subsidize discrimination!

Private is private but ask for money and know that there will ALWAYS be strings!
