Quick lesson on the Constitution. It is composed of two parts. The First part defines the structure and responsibilities of the Federal Government (Executive, Judicial, Legislative. The second part are the amendments. The first 10 amendments, commonly referred to as the "Bill of Rights", were included by the Founding Fathers. These 10 are the inalienable rights granted by the creator. The remaining amendments were proposed and properly ratified by the states (except the 16th amendment authorizing the income tax).<quoted text>
I agree i do.not think the fake patriot gun nuts in government should be arming themselves, government has been buying up tons of ammo i dont know what.for.
I believe further that armed drones should not be.flying over us territory, do you concur?
the declaration came first if those rights expressed in the constitution were considered alienable, then what rights did the declaration refer to?
Any other powers, not specifically granted to the federal government are retained by the states unless an amendment is properly ratified.
