exactly. all this stuff about gay and straight is just a smoke screen. they're going after u.s. citizens. the bs about "we're all in together" and "united we stand" and so on is a lie. a u.s. citizen is a citizen, gay or straight. if you're gay, don't look at straight christians as your friends, they are not friends. we are not all in it together, we are a divided country, and it's the christian's fault.

So, whose "rights" are being violated when a city does not choose to award contracts to businesses that discriminate against some of the hardowrking tax-payers that are PAYING for that contract?

I certainly don't want MY tax dollars going to ANY private company that discriminates against me, or my family. That's quite American, and just plain common sense.

.....anti-gay bias bill has shot.....who??
.
It seems like Tennessee English is some sort of secret code
.
Here is English for the rest of us:
.
++++++++++
1. Nashville has a law that protects gays
.
2. The epic-fail morons at the state legislature outlawed Nashville's law
.
3. The nice lady with the big smile wants to get rid of the moron's dumbass law so Nashville can protect gays again
.
4. Nobody got shot

TN and Texas seem to be getting a lot attention this year for their anti-gay legislation and stances.

Nissan is freaked out by the morons that run Tennessee
.
They're worried that people will *stop buying Nissans* built by homopohobic Tennessee cave-men that burn gay customers houses down; bully and murder gay customer's children and pets; beat gay customers up in church; and ban gay customers from Dollywood for wearing gay-appropriate attire
.
I share that concern

Gays in churches are merely wasting what little time they have left! LOL!

The customers Nissan looses to pro-homosexuals will be undone by the other 99.85% of the total population. Alphretta GA may suck but Nashvillian's don't. That's why they call homosexuals....queer!

Why should hardworking normal taxpayers be scammed by companies owned by rich homosexual deviants who get the government contract for work based solely on their claim that the company is owned by a homosexual?
Companies owned by homosexuals should have to prove merit and competency and expertise in their field in direct competition with all other companies.
Once again, this demonstrates that homosexuals are trying to use the force of government to extract special favors and rights to leech taxpayer dollars in yet another corrupt scheme based on political feather-bedding.
Just how is a company supposed to prove that they're homosexual? Do they send in a tape of all their company officers sodomizing schoolchildren over the Christmas holidays?
I must admit, that would be convincing.

Could you be any more clueless? Your post has nothing to do with the article or either of the laws it is talking about. None of this has anything to do with whether a company is owned by a heterosexual or a homosexual.

You don't know jack about government contracts.
It's all about political feather-bedding.
Your ignorance and naivete is ti be expected.
Most citizens have no idea how corrupt every level of government is, from the city, through the county and State, all the way up to the Feds.
95% of all tax dollars paid pay for waste, fraud, and abuse.
Who can blame the homosexuals for trying to rip-off a couple hundred billion off the taxpayers in an election year when a rotten failed Democrat-Communist president is running for re-election?
You're the clueless and credulous one my friend.

Again, the article, the law in Nashville, and the law in Tennessee has nothing to do with whether a company is owned by heterosexuals or homosexuals and nothing to do with contracts with companies owned by heterosexuals or homosexuals. The article, the law in Nashville, and the law in Tennessee has nothing to do with government contracts with heterosexuals or homosexuals. The article, the law in Nashville, and the law in Tennessee has nothing to do with heterosexuals or homosexuals trying to "rip-off a couple of hundred billion." You're making claims that have absolutely nothing to do with the article, the law in Nashville, or the law in Tennessee.
