Sustaining positive means everything to a depressed person. Particularly, if anti-depressants dont work on the individual. Sustained, is the name of the game. Exercise helps, but what if ya cant. What if you do, and something, pain or whatever gets in the way. Three stepd forward and five 6 back. Its not good. not good at all. Mystic
