Wrong turn on highway may lead to WA man's removal

Full story: NewsChannel 8

All it took was a wrong turn for Jorge-Alonso Chehade to face deportation. But that wrong turn also brought him attention and praise from Washington state's congressional delegation, pro bono attorneys and maybe, just maybe, a chance to stay in the United States.

"Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Seattle, and Democratic Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell have all written letters of support for Chehade. McDermott went further, introducing a private bill in Congress last week asking Congress to give Chehade permanent residency."

These bozos should be booted from office and indicted under the U.S. Code.

""This young man came to the United States with his parents and has overcome a number of obstacles to lead an exemplary life in the United States,"
----

Don't you just love the way these people redefine the term, exemplary when they completely ignore the fact that he's here illegally breaking our laws. No, he has not lived an exemplary life in the US. What he's lived is the ILLUSION and DELUSION of an exemplary life.

He needs to go. They also need to find his scum*bag family and remove them, as well. And, the students running that ignorant Web site? Well, track them down and oust them. They have no business being here, much less advocating for law breakers.

Too bad, so sad, go boo hoo to someone who cares, but leave this country! These kids can blame their parents. It's not our job to allow them to stay. They can go home and apply to come legally.

Those Congressmen are doing a good deed, use the law to make it right. I guess an educated immigrant is a threat to the bigots. Isn't that right Jrdn.

And that bill will hopefully be turned down.

Either way, his family had best be found and deported forthwith.

Depends on how you define, threat. He's already been given an expensive $100,000+ K-12 education on Americans. Let me clear in a language I know you'll understand ..... He and his criminal parents never belonged here sucking up limited resources. Americans have nothing to celebrate when all he and his criminal family cares about is the taking of more like a limited job opportunity, services and more. Your logic is to consider his ability to excel as a marker for why he should be given this chance to succeed here while completely ignoring that an American counterpart will have to go without so that he can have his chance. When we deal with the reality of LIMITED RESOURCES, ie only so many to go around, some people are going to have to go without, then you and American traitors think it permissible to opt to deny the American over an invading foreign national.

Bottomline, you do not understand what patriotism is.

Oh and one more thing, Rico .... It is AMERICANS who make it possible for every foreign national to succeed here. What this young man has accomplished is to OUR CREDIT not his or his family's. AMERICANS did all the work to build the schools he attended, housing he lived in, water he drank while here, electricity, infrastructure and more.

These congressmen are violating federal law, more so than the illegal aliens and if they were to be prosecuted under Federal code could face up to 10 years in prison.
Sounds like a good idea to me.

When was the last time a Congressman came to your aid? They're too busy worrying and working for illegal alien border jumpers.

My favorite line from the article:

"After years of treading carefully, the wrong turn tripped him up."

Years of treading carefully? That reminds me of one of those 60's radicals who's been hiding out since they shot a security guard in one of their bids to get cash for their cause and slipped up at a PTA meeting. He knew enough to make sure he didn't draw attention to himself for those ten years, but now that he's been busted, he suddenly wants us all to know he's here and our internal sympathy violins to start playing. Let his home country get the value of his US provided education and poor direction skills. And yeah, I'd love to see three Congressmen come running to my aid...lol. I'm able to vote and they wouldn't do that. It must be because I'm just a citizen and not a cause.

"Brought here on a visa from Peru, Chehade stayed on illegally since his teen years. After years of treading carefully, the wrong turn tripped him up."

Yep, it's the simple mistakes that catch most people who are breaking the law.

I don't care if the illegal is a genius or walks on water. Our laws demand that he be deported. He can apply for legal entry in ten years. That's the way it works.

So, because he garnered support from rabid globalist Socialist liberals, does that mean illegal college kids are better than illegal veggie pickers? Where are the illegal supporters squalling about the poor illegal veggie pickers who deserve to be here more than 'lazy' Americans who won't do that kind of work? Is this illegal college kid going to pick veggies? I suspect he will feel he's too good to do that.

Where's the protest about how 'lazy' this boy is that he isn't out sweating in the fields like a real human?

Let me see if I got this right. He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN. He got caught. There is an order for deportation. OK. One question though. Why the hell is he not gone? I do not care what "obstacles" he overcame. I do not care if he led a clean life. I only know he is an ILLEGAL ALIEN and he has no right to be here. Deport immediately.

Why is it that so many of our government officials are traitors to the USA who aid and abet the invasion of our country by Mexican Colonists who are intending to recolonize US?

Has our country become suicidal?

Living in the middle of an inner city has shown me that the ILLEGALS are educated in avoiding taxes and responsibility, they are very astute when it come to getting their illegal cars registered and their illegal working papers accepted. Stop the nonsense they are criminals and have no intention of becoming a real American as they wave their Mexican flag and demand American rights and privelege. There is a process that has to be enforced, just because we share a border does not offer an exemption, what has been displayed for quite some time now is the fact theat they alone do not respect our border or our laws. report-Deport

Who gives a flying flip...he remained in this country illegally...he could have tried to rectify his status but he didn't, and now he has some tree-hugger, bleeding-hearts trying to get him a free pass. I abhor how these idiots put such little value on American citizenship, and the responsiblities that go along with it. How can this cretin be considered living an exemplar life, if it has been a total lie? Deport his tail...end of discussion.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Virgo

If something is weighing on your mind it will start to affect your health, Virgo. It might make you feel tired or depressed, or it could dominate your thoughts. You know what you should do about it, of course, but it seems like too much effort or you want to pretend that it doesn't exist. Unfortunately, this escapist attitude won't make the problem go away and might even make it more tricky by the time you finally decide to tackle it.
