Bad part is that the 3 years is only a "recommended" sentence by the jury..the judge has final say and doesn't have to give him that. He can get much less and my guess is...he will.

I think we're all forgetting this is a JURY who decided the guilt and sentence recommendation so far. I think some of the jurors bought Harmon-Wright's side of the story and pushed for a slap on the wrist sentence as a compromise.
