Hogs hire and Barkley need to both retire. Their lack of judgment shows frequently...at the expense of other people. Does power make people imcompetent?

Yeah, just because someone who worked for their company killed a beautiful young woman, doesn't mean they should be help responsible and have to pay for their negligence. Because they are rich, they should do what they want and keep all their money. That seems to be your reasoning...and you are wrong.

I think Barkley is burned out. He's just a grouchy little old man now. It's a shame too, he used to be one of the best judges in the area. The only words he will believe in a courtroom now are those of witnesses or cops. People waste their time and money hiring a defese attorney in his courtroom.

It's their company they should be held responsible. Their insurance should have taken care of this. Why are ppl complaining? A life was lost. What if it was your family? No money doesn't bring the person back, but some needs to be responsible! I feel bad for the driver as well having to live with this every day. It's so sad things like this happen.
