Please consider that a massive intvestment in and already overbuilt UTMB will take away from other funds that could be used much more effectively to support Texas healthcare...
Also consider the storm patterns and predictions for the ongoing...why would we invest $700 million lte alone another million to see a false economy washed down the storm drain?
Ask yourself that quesiton and get involved with the 2009 Legislature.
