Texas prisons face more lawsuits over no AC
An advocacy group has sued the Texas prison system blaming 13 inmate deaths since 2007 on hot conditions in units without air conditioning.

Thirteen? Is that all for Christ's sake? That is like two a year, so it wasn't even worth yanking the A/C unts, was it? Its time to turn the heat on for those imeciles. They can always move to a state with great A/C, or just check into a Hilton. I don't care about human trash,
