They need to do a complete investigation on this incident, I believe there's more to it.

Since a fatality occurred OSHA will be conducting an investigation.

Just wanna say sorry 2 ricky`s mom. If u read this u r truly a strong woman. We met not long after he died, u showed me pics of him & his beloved baby. I hope u win that law suit!

As a mother there is nothing I fear more than losing a child, & if you were a parent you would understand that. She not only lost her beloved son, but his wife lost a husband, & his child lost a father, his friends lost a friend. Have some respect. That`s the least you could do......

He didn`t simply fall, the building collapsed around him. The iron wasn`t properly installed.......
