I can certainly attest to the fact that I chose to attend two tier one universities in Boston base on everything but pedestrian walkways, green spaces and knitted-together campus buildings. Is this for real? Competitive Tier One students are going to choose UTEP based on it's buildings and landscaping and not on available Tier One Faculty, Labs, Projects and funding? Natalicio is certainly trying a different approach.
