The Obama's concept of border security and the Americans peoples concept of it are two totally different things. All he see's is badly needed votes to stay in office, everyone else see's the economic impact of and potential security threats of allowing ILLEGALS to enter via a disastrously porous border. He's willing to pimp himself out for votes and the safety & welfare of the American people are inconsequential to that end.

Christopher Sherman from the AP deserves to be commended for a more realistic article than his counterpart Martha Mendoza (AP) ever writes on border issues.

US Rep. Ted Poe deserves to be applauded for calling for this hearing to make certain that the facts aren't overlooked any further, especially after Janet Napolitano claimed the border is safe and secure. Any border city will say otherwise.

Obama and his crew need to wake up to the reality of what is transpiring on the US side of the border in our border cities and across the US on the most notorious routes used to traffic humans and drugs.

I always see people writing about National Geographic's "Border Wars" on these forums. I've never seen the program myself, but if it's as good as some claim then I have a suggestion. Maybe it's high time that the POTUS plaster his behind in front of the TV instead of being out on the golf course and watch the program and learn a thing or two. Him and Napolitano need to learn the facts instead of making things up to appease people.

Couple of days ago, a drug cartel dumped 35 bodies of people they killed on to the streets of Veracruz, Mexico. Everytime this crap happens down there, thousands of Mexican Nationals run for the border to get into Texas-they claim it's not safe to live in Mexico.

Now reason will tell us, that if Mexican Nationals keep coming here in droves, eventually there won't be anybody in Mexico to kill. So the drug cartels will just move their killing fields to Texas. I already have enough of a problem steping over their crap filled baby Pampers in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. I don't need further problems driving over dead bodies at an intersection going to Wal-Mart.
