I've been to six Pride celebrations, and children are VERY welcome at them. Many GLBT parents bring their children, and we try to make the celebrations a family-friendly atmosphere.

The only children who should NOT be there are the kids of idiot fundies, who make small children hold anti-gay signs that are bigger than them.

Doesn't sound very scientific.
It sounds more like pseudo-science perpetrating an academic fraud to achieve political ends for the Democrat party, at taxpayer expense.
"Sociology" is just a way for wanna-be politicians to theorize for actual politicians.
Cuts both ways.
Social science should be based on evidence, not distortions. It's really quite simple. You can't say whatever you want and then call it science without being criticized as a charlatan.

That's exactly what I was thinking. We do not need proof or studies. Common sense is quite enough. I think homosexuals themselves demonstrate it with some of the bone-headed things they do with kids, like take them to gay pride parades.
In other words, we must simply accept prejudice as if it were proven fact. Investigating the origins of prejudice is a waste of time.

Sorry, I was trained as a mathematician to always double-check the steps that the writer considered "obvious."

I've never been to a Pride parade, much less taken my kids to one, but I bet you've taken your kids to the beach were they can ogle women in strings and tiny thongs, and half naked men in tight speedos ....

Yes, all gay folks have seen the irrational anti-gay bigot work toward all kinds of harm, and try to pretend it's a good thing.

It is quite common, sadly.
