Thanks to Rick Perry, Texas out-of-state residents are no longer considered out-of-state residents if they are illegal aliens. If they were forced to pay the correct tuition, then the rest of Texans would pay less.

Defeat Rick Perry and Globalist, Council of Foreign Relations Fellow, Newt Gingrich. Both are Corporate, One-World, Open Borders advocates. If either gets the GOP nomination for President, Obama will coast to victory in November 2012.

Thanks to Rick Perry? Not really but the problem is with the University presidents; All they want is more money for themselves and the faculty. They need to stop raising the pay and take a pay cut. They need to make sure that the buildings are taken care of by installing a collector array to power some of the buildings during the day and cut the cost of electricity to the buildings.

They need to cut some of the interscholastic league competition form 12 games in football to 10. The same with basketball and soccer.

It has always been apparent that JWRussell I mean GOD has never come closer than 50 feet to a University or Community College. President Natalicio has been paid the same salary since 2009 - but don't bother looking anything up before writing yet another knee-jerk teabagger response to each and every topic - whether you have any clue what you are talking about or not.

Any (State) University president or professor who makes more than $175,000.00 is being paid too much money. No one in the state should make more than the governor of the state even with perks. The coaches should be paid from the gross receipts of the games played here at the stadium (even the Sunbowl football and basketball games). Parking should be paid for by the people who buy the tickets an a game to game first come first serve basis.

ANY State of Texas University President or Professor earns every nickle they make and unlike the Cretin-Texas A&M-Alumni Rick Perry - knows the branches of government, knows how to pronounce Sotomayor, knows the deceased ruler of North Korea - in short knows a hell of a lot more than either of you two cretins combined. You and the governor of the "Great State of Texas" are an absolute joke!

Besides Mike Prices salary, he gets a dollar a ticket sold for games. I don't have anything against the coach but, but think about weekly check if he gets 20 thousand in the stands, he's living larger then Ed Archuleta (whole nother argument) and the school keeps building and the student body(half are Juareno's) keeps on paying. Most don't graduate in 4 years not to mention 6 years. Ti top it off they have Professor's like Fernando Pena, remember he's indicted on child porn and Fraud. You want That teaching your children?

What or where did you graduate from - or are you still at home with momma? I only pray that you didn't produce anything that could be called offspring.

It is still the problem that those who deserve to enter colleges and universities and are from the lower economic range can not sustain a raise in tuition. The state university system is under the thumb of the state and should be regulated as if it were a state agency instead of an autonomous body the tax payers cannot control by votes.

Granted our overzealous Governor is somewhat stupid, no one in the state supported school should make more than the governor. That also would go to any official working for any taxing body in the state (EPWU) county or local governments.

I guess you don't understand that I did graduate from UTEP and I understand the noise that you think I don't. I am not a Tea Bagger you idiot. I don't care what Natalico did not get in 2010 and 2011 for a salary but what she is making is obscene when she makes a demand to raise the tuition costs beyond the abililty of the students to pay. The instructor did put in their time and the cost of getting their PHDs but there is a point of greed in all of them.

I didn't know you TEA BAGGERS had a spine much less a nervous system. Looks like he's got your self-important number - really hit a nerve did he? It's too bad that Natalicio and probably just about everybody else makes more money than you - you Tea Bagger moron!
