Neiman Named Life Care's Vice President of Interior Design

Cleveland, TN October 18, 2009 -- Kimberly Neiman was recently promoted to Life Care Centers of America's vice president of interior design.

Nothing like a user friendly enviornment, looking at soft pretty colors can make one feel younger. Nothing better than being in a well designed interior space while you die a death of dehydration. I don't think my mother noticed the "positive changing" attitude when she died: waste coming through her mouth because her organs shut down had her distracted. I believe she was more interested in water and food. Don't think patients would rank interior design very high on their list.

Also, I want to give a shout out to that pillar of our community, Beecher Hunter. What a guy. Should have seen him at my trial: programmed and armed with Church of God, he felt he could not lose. Guess what, he lost. I'll never forget how his wife and possee showed up on a Friday evening when I was awarded 1.5 million. The following Mon, punitive damages would be awarded. I was given 10 million. A jury of 12 decided after an 11 day trial that Life Care was guility of 35 counts of negligence that killed my mother. Judge Jinger Wilson Buchanan stuck by her ruling; after all it was a "no brainer." When approved by the Appeals court and sent back to Buchanan she went against her on ruling and threw the case out, stating that she was the 13th juror. Imagine if you can what that news was like. To understand at the age of 56 that our judicial system is so corrupt that money will trump integrity. I lost faith in this country. I damn sure lost faith in this community.
