Is that the best that you lib sheep can do to defend your sides many and obvious errors? Just regurgitate the same old, tired and threadbare 1970s slogan of "everybody is wrong"?

Is that the best that you can do?

The divide is caused by the liberals in Congress, who used dirty parlor tricks to circumvent the will of the people (and the democratic process) to cram an illegitimate law down the throats of a nation that doesnt want it.

Thus, Obamacare isnt really legitimate in how it was passed.

The 5 liberals on the Supreme Court rubber stamped Obamacare, when everybody knows it is not legitimate. It was a 5-4 decision in the Supreme Court, strictly along party lines.

And the 5 liberals actually went back and rewrote certain portions of the law (and ignored others).

Article 1 of the Constitution states that all taxes must originate in the House of Representatives. Obamacare originated in the Senate.

That should have disqualified it right then and there. But the 5 liberal judges ignored that as well.

And the commerce clause of the Constitution disqualifies it as well. The 5 liberal judges ignored that too, and passed a clearly unconstitutional law, based on runaway party line politics.

Thus Obamacare isnt really legitimate in how the 5-4 decision of the Supreme Court passed it.

And it was just like the Supreme Courts upholding slavery for the first century of our nations unfortunate history. Everybody knew that the Supreme decision to do that wasnt really legitimate then either.

But the South and their party activist in the Congress and Court System, ignored the obvious and unconstitutional errors of slavery, just as the democrats are doing now regarding the clearly illegitimate socialist policies of a runaway socialist regime.

(Remember the Dred Scot decision, the Kansas Nebraska Act, the Fugitive Slave Act, and so on?)

All of these went against the founding principles of the nation, and the Constitution. But political activist used dirty political tricks back then, to prop up slavery.

Just as the liberals are bringing socialist slavery back upon us now, with dirty political tricks and runaway political activism (especially in the Court system).

That sort of stuff is what has caused the nation to be divided.

In the 19th century, it was slavery. Today, is it socialism, which is just another form of slavery.

Why are both slavery, and socialism, at odds with our nations founding principles?

How about this...

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights..."

That does not square with either slavery, or socialist, mandatory government control over everything and everyone.

That is what the current divide is all about.

Its about Freedom.

That is what the Tea Party is fighting for, and that is what the liberals dont have sense enough to get. They just dont seem to understand the part about...

Liberals today just shrug off the objections of a nation that resist this socialist madness. But then again, 19th century slave owners shrugged off he objections of those who were opposed to slavery back then too.

So, No, it is not a case of "everybody is wrong", or we should just "vote out the extremist of both sides".

If America had embraced that flawed liberal logic, the African Americans would still be in mandatory, forced slavery.

Our governments job when giving out our money should be to make sure illegals and the cheats don't get it. pretty simple really in today computer friendly society. Instead of spying on me, or sending money overseas or giving huge pensions to congress how about if they use the money to save tax payers money.
obama and the democrats have give freebees for votes the last 2 elections.
Vote tea party or republican from now on. The democrats are destroying America.

We already have laws... We don't need more bills and regulations.... All they need to do is enforce what is on the books... Don't make more laws when you don't enforce the ones you already have... It's as if the politicians feel better about their so called accomplishments and make these " feel better laws" just pointing out some things... That's all

Yes and 5 months later illegals are still illegal.see the light.dimmer and dimmer with every day that goes by.you people have marched,had rallys,chain yourself in front of buses,demanded rights at the whitehouse,made more anchors,drove drunk and killed several americans.still no amnesty.get the picture its worth a million words.no amnesty.2015 no amnesty.get out.soon there will be no foodstamps no welfare no medical.no nothing.lol get out.
