Don't know. But if you want to exclude positive news because of your personal agenda, then you suffer from the same malady you accuse them of having.

JBM, Teleperformance, PlusOne...all the same fruit from the same tree.

These are NOT new jobs, merely jobs being relocated from Market Street.

More falsehoods from the Editors of the BJ, purposefully published to influence the upcoming election.

If you wish to look into it, the truth is there.

The Beacon wont tell you.

They tricked Mendenhall too.

You sound just like all the rest of the recall supporters. Whiny, whacky, conspiracy theorists. Cazart.

Do some research. These are not "new" jobs.

So why the big headlines?

An accurate story would have informed readers that JBM, Teleperformance, and PlusOne are all related business ventures associated with the Madden/Bacons, and that the jobs are simply moving from a facility already located in Akron.

But truth is not what you get from the Beacon.

Spin rules the day, especially this month.

I'll have to rely on the oracle, "'I think it's great,' Mendenhall said.'Anything that brings jobs to Akron is good.'"

Really?
"The company's workers will be paid $20,000 to $30,000. Mid-level managers will make $35,000 to $45,000 a year with some upper managers fetching $60,000 to $100,000 a year.
The employment will include other benefits including health care, he said."
I would think that someone who had no job would be happy to get a $20-30K job with health care.
wow we agree on something(@@)i ditto that Norm.

Is that because you dont wish to acknowledge that that these are not new jobs, and that these and other stories published by the Beacon over the past two weeks have been printed purely to garner votes for the Mayor in the upcoming election?

Are you really that blind?

It's because I think anytime any of you recall supporters start talking about anything to do with Akron or the mayor or the newspaper, you all lose your heads and act like a bunch of girl scouts with a wasp in their tent. I've said before, I could give a rat's ass who is mayor of Akron. It's just amazing watching you all gnash your teeth at anything that is remotely positive.

That said, why the hell should I believe you any more than I believe the Beacon Journal? Why didn't boy genius Mendenhall point out that these aren't new jobs?

naturally I was quite surprised when the FongSistas bid on the building renovation thinking their area of business was near the Pensacola area.

Hey Real Action, He meant to say oral, not oracle, get it. Keep asking for it, he will give it to you
