Investigate Penn State for paying off Gricar the D.A. to "disappear." Start out by investigating his family's financial resources - what is their source of income? 70 million dollars a year - what their football program brings in - they were all protecting their source of power, authority and wealth - the almighty Penn State. Audit Penn State. Audit everyone involved.
Fire McQueary - anyone who can override their humanity to walk away after seeing a child being raped is not safe around anyone. Aiding and abetting a rapist, McQueary calls his dad, and neither of them stop it nor report it to the police. So the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, after all.

Everyone involved in the cover up of the Penn State scandal should be fired, from McQueary to Joe Pa, to the president of Penn State University. Off to jail they should ALL go. It doesn't matter all that Joe Pa did, he did not call the police, nor did anyone else. What a cover up!

This is just like the Catholic sex abuse problem. The problem isn't just what was done, but what WASN'T done. Those who stood by and allowed this to happen are just as guilty as the one who committed the act.Their silence was an approval.

The coach or whoever it was that witnessed it is a disgrace. Why did he not yell out and say "HEY! WHAT THE F*CK ARE YOU DOING!" ---- and then proceed to go over and beat the living crap out of the guy raping the kid? Instead, he walks away.As i said above, his silence was an approval. He did nothing, and so he's just as guilty. In fact, he can be called an accomplice since he actually saw it happening and did nothing. He let it go on, rather than put a stop to it at that second.

Penn State can now join the Catholic church and the Boy Scouts as organizations that approve of sexual abuse.

A small town near here had a football coach that abused 12 and 13 year old boys for years. They finally caught him after he retired, and got a job coaching over in Alabama. When they arrested him he had a 13 year old boy with him as he crossed the state line.He pleaded guilty and got about 30 years in the state correctional jail. The thing that is odd is that he got away with it for years and no one suspected a thing. He was the winningest coach in the history of his small school, and they named the football field after him. They have changed the name after this.
