Pennsylvania leading the country for pre-existing condition insurance plan sign-ups

Its because of high tax rates.No one can afford health insurance in PA, we have to many taxes.Has anyone ever counted all of the individual taxes that we pay? I lost count.The truth is math isn't my thing.If one of you has that knowledge please inform me.
