The city council in Chickasha has to be out of their mind. None of the ideas they have will help Chickasha become a better town. They passed the TIFF years ago with no good results. Now they want to spend money to make down town look good and give money to USAO. If USAO needed money they should stop spending so much on the deans house. With in the last year the city has gotten rid of police and fire fighter posistions and now they say they cant pay the police they still have their correct salary. The town does need to be cleaned up but has to be as safe place first. If the city can not pay their bills how can they just give money away. Chickasha needs better paying jobs so people will stay here.
