Now the LIBs are trying to make drugs legal so they aint going nowhere either by the looks of it.

But this unholy ruling is over tobacco.

Don't expect alcohol go away. they tried that once. Just need to put heavy tax on it, like tobacco, and pay for treatment of addicts and their families. Same on illegal drugs.9788

Too bad cigarette smokers aren't hooked on heroin too. Then the Government could subsidize its production and tax it to death in the pretense of funding health care reform. And by the way, I feel like the Government subsidized cigarette companies got me addicted and the withdrawal symptoms associated with quitting are torture. Who can I sue?

Nobody has ever stopped and thought about how 'many' millions of dollars the Major Tobacco Companies/Farmers have paid in Federal, State, Local Taxes, not counting the contributions they have made to local Charities every where across the United States. Not counting the millions of dollars that smokers have given personally themselves. But just treat smokers like lepers, second class third rate citizens. And the Government furnished 'all' the soldiers two packages of cigarettes in their Rations during WWII, and Korean War. Just my 2 cents worth. Next!!

Where are the racketeering and fraud charges for the tobacco settlement money and taxation without representation?
