Bill re-introduced, raises stalking to a felony

Delegate Henrico Jennifer McClellan re-introduces legislation to strengthen stalking laws.

Does this new bill include internet stalking? I have a stalker in Midlothian who has been stalking me since 2009. I do not understand why (s)he has such an infatuation with me. Please Robert Raymond leave me alone and tell your wifie to do the same

This bill should be aimed at the police, for they are the leaders in sexual crimes through out VA. Its amazing to see that rogue cops are now the major reason for the increase in crime.
