Have you ever read the constitution? Motorcycles and helmets are not mentioned anywhere in it. In fact, most of the crap people deem "constitutional" is not addressed in the document. What we have is a government of elected officials hired to make and enforce law. Pretty much every country has one. You're welcome to try out any of the others out if you don't like this one.

THose who like to make Constitutional claims don;t seem to realize that the Constitution itself states that things not addressed in it are State rights. The Constitution is supposed to limit the power of the Federal Government not expand it.

Now, where in the PA Constitution is this "right".
