NASA Misuses $1.4 Million in Tax Dollars for Employee Education
The Office of the Inspector General has found that NASA misused $1.4 million in tax money by reimbursing dozens of its employees who pursued degrees outside NASA's established programs, sometimes at questionable for-profit colleges, such as the University of Phoenix and Strayer University.

Mmm does that mean that "questionable" = no formal accepted educational value? Or questionable by that, their morality and ethics break when they maximize profits and dry students dry?
Please specify, if it is questionable 4 profit purpose, sure ye made a mistake... but education still has value, if their teaching methods were below bar... then i can say public shame x10
