So a woman who failed the 'Teachers Test' TWICE, is going to change education in Duquesne? Yeah, right. How about Heinz donates a few dollars to the Duquesne Police Department, or to install cameras everywhere in the town? Maybe curb some of the window breaking, since that's the only thing Duquesne kids can accomplish. I saw grown men in Duquesne today, all tattooed up, throwing rocks at cars and houses. What a great town!

Oh, and thanks Krivacek, for granting a business license to a GANG to open 1313 on Kennedy. It's really great watching the patrons fight every night on the streets at 2:30am. And what a pleasure it is cleaning up broken glass every morning from all the broken beer bottles smashed on the streets and sidewalks.
I can see you had the towns best interest in mind when you let that happen. How much did they pay you off btw? Just curious if it was worth all the aggravation to everyone in the surrounding areas.
