Anybody interested in learning Polish language at the University of Oregon?

Hey, guys -
I'm studying Polish for my foreign language requirement, but there's no language class traditionally offered for Polish! The Yamada Language Center can set up an independent study section for students interested in learning a language that's not currently offered, but they need at least four or five students to express interest.
So, is there anybody else on the forums who would be interested in studying Polish next year?(For those of you who think it sounds interesting but don't really have any background in it, I can tell you, it is AWESOME!)

I am very interested. I have grown up around my Polish speaking family, but can't figure out more than tak, nie, and dzien dobry. The only problem is that I'm not a student at University of Oregon. Do you know if this is something that could be offered as non-credit? Or what the costs would be?
