There is a recession on- the teachers
and admin. are still getting pay raises, and
have a great health benefit program, while
many in the community are still hurting.
It is time for the teahers to show the community
that " yes Virginia there is a Sanata Claus/"
and not take the cost of living increase!

As far as a new school-perhaps it is time for the
people in the community to wake up and put all
the fields and school in one spot. Yes, it may mean
that we have bus the students. The pit areas on
Rte. 152 is the ideal spot. Room for all fields,
any school and municpal buildings in the future.

Keep the Rt. 108 open for business growth.
If the people are so bent on keeping it in the area
it is now in, they will continue to have problems
and will pay top dollars for a small amount of open
space to use.
The mentality of the town has to think future and not a quick fix. Do not rush in but work with the
owners in the pit area before it becomes to late.
