'Sexting:' Unwise teen behavior or a crime?
Police in York reported last week that a partially naked photo of a 14-year-old girl was sent via computer to a 13-year-old boy, who then shared it with a half-dozen of his friends.

In THe Vagina Monologues, a 14 year old girl is seduced by a woman more than 10 years her senior. Many popular Broadway, television and Hollywood stars are proud to have appeared in this widely-performed and accepted drama. Is this unwise behavior by well-educated and intelligent adults who appear in, attend, and approvingly review this presentation? Or are the author, cast, and audience willing criminals? What is the age of duped consent in 2009? Does it matter any more? Are ethics completely variable for every sub-cultural application? And what would Dr. Ruth say?
