Put their parents is jail along with them. If parents where held more responsible for their little darlings actions you would see a drop in juvenile crime across the board.

this whole county is all junkies the reason why the kids are so horrible areound here are becuase of the the parents who are drug abusers n losers themselves not a good example for the kids
