America only caters to dumb people. All the smart people should leave the US, its a sinking ship anyway.

All children around the world deserve the best that can be offered, yet so few get it.

It's great to know that there are programs that would help those who would excel beyond boundaries and expectations. That fortunately at times someone recognizes the emerging potential of a gifted child, not all are immediately apparent, Einstein amongst them.

Most gifted children do go without the proper care and or attention and are therefore lost to humanity. The few that are belong to all races and all walks of lives around the world, that much is clear. These types of programs should be available all the way to adulthood.

God bless
