As a skilled mason I have often wondered why anyone would want to tear down a brick builing? Fuding can be found and volenteers can be sought. I have refurbished several buildings out east for very little. Form a committee. Take those estimated cost and place them in your paper shredder. Start anew. Then pick up nyour phone and call me ( reply to this post)I'll show you how we do things out east. Contractor look at a building as to WHO they are doing it for nore or less. EXAMPLEL They fet a call and upon arrival to submit a proposa they see a mersades, a cadilac and a rolls in the four car garage.
On a different aspect th drive to give a bid and heres a home with an old run down truck, and three kids barefoot playing in a puddle of water.
I have volenteerd my services many times and I am not only a master mason but a carpenter electririan and plumber. timberforest14@aol
