Another nanny state garbage proposal. The basis for taxation is to raise revenues for the Constitutional functions of government, not to control the behavior of a free society.
Ten years ago, these do-gooders dismissed slippery slope arguments that this sort of thing opens the door for government to control all manner of our daily freedoms. Ten years later, we have cities that are now regulating salt and MSG content, drink sizes, and banning toys in children's meals. Where will we be in another 10 years?
