Gosh I pay my corporate attorney more than that for hours, miles, etc. Seems to me Kris Kobach is giving Maricopa County a bargain.
The writer of this B.S. is meraly JEALOUS, he's not making that kind of money. How about checking the officers' salaries of La Raza, Lulac, etc?

it's hardly a bargain considering the quality of advice they get from the Prof. It's just been reported that the city of Farmers Branch has spent $3.2 million in defending Kobach drafted legislation, only to lose again in federal court. Despite strong academic credentials, Kobach is not an immigration lawyer. He is a constitutional law professor who also teaches a course on immigration policy. He represents nativist and racist groups and pushes an antimmigrant agenda. He gets his fee and leaves cities holding the baggage of terrible, misguided legislation that can't stand constitutional muster. And worse, even if constitutional, they do nothing to solve the so-called immigration problems he tries to identify.
