I still wonder why the ACLU hasn't attacked the State of Missouri. Must be "iron clad" laws, well written and signed by Gov. Blunt.

Look, you have never been free. Your WHOLE government is a sham and you are a slave to both state and federal governments. There is no elect free process. You are also fixing to see some crapola to the likes you have never seen before. First off the government forces you to have a birth certificate. On this birth certificate all the letters of your name will be capitalized. All caps signify the corporation. They do this on all legal documents and on all court and bankster related documents. They teach you the importance of capitalizing your first and last name, which means the same as all caps. They now have essentially created a strawman of you from birth. They do this to levy fines, fees, licenses, permits and taxation against you. You become human resources. Kinda like cattle. They have created a debt slave of you. They also own your children via the marriage license. This is why you have no recourse if the state wants your children. They own them. Your probably thinking about your constitutional liberties. YOU HAVE NONE. For two reasons. First off your not in a common law court in this country. You are in what is called a UCC court. UCC is Uniform Commercial Code law. The law of commerce, also known as maritime law, and admiralty law which is derived from the sea. Thus, the flags trimmed in yellow in the courts. This is the law of commerce and it is universal in order for commerce to function. You ARE commerce. Lawyers are in on the scam, they will pretend to help you, but will do everything in there power to keep you from bringing it up ( Remember a lawyer is a ward of the court.) You can be held in contempt for doing so. Second, and probably the greatest lie ever told to us is we are privy to the constitution. WE ARE NOT. Simple contract law. Example, if I sell you a car, and the engine blows up on it the first day. We discuss it and you decide to fix it yourself. Your sister shows up and says no fair! and takes me to court. The court dismisses the case. Why? Because she was not a part of the original contract. Unless you were an original signee or one of the 50 states, the constitution does not apply to you and never has. What we have to today is a puppet regime and you can bet they know it, the marjority of them are lawyers.

Also, Look at the begining paragraph of the CONstitution. "We the People". The word people is derived from the word "persons". Blacks Law dictionary states that "persons" is a ficticous enity. Pay attention to the caps. One thing that draws attention, is the wording. Especially the part in which it says, "and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and to our posterity" taken in this context, ourselves means... THEM. "and to our posterity" what does posterity mean? BLOODLINE. The words " and to our posterity" signifies their children, not yours. Now ask yourself why they worded it this way? Coming from men who understood what it was like to have very little rights, subject to persecution and seeking real freedom, why would they write it this way? Wouldn't have been better written, "Sovereign freemen and freewomen having secured sovereign inalienable liberty to ourselves and to the posterity of all future generations of freemen and freewomen, do ordain and establish this constitution given to the Freemen and Freewomen and all their posterity residing on the soil of the united states of america and and therin all that establish thereof". They KNEW BETTER. We never left Englands Rule. What we have is a de-facto regime, that will never answer to us. They don't have to.
