Kris Kobach should be named the Secretary of the DOJ in the next administration! He UNDERSTANDS the laws and is a great example of how the US laws apply to US citizens and not illegals! Kris rocks!

You must be watching Lou Dobbs too? Now if it's illogical for CA to give in-state tuition to illegals but not give the same discount to out of state legals..........should be a rule of thumb for all states rather soon!

Most of these children were born in KS & attended all their formal education in KS. They aren't looking for a free ride - just the opportunity to pay full in-state college tuition. People like Kobach aren't merely mean-spirited & unChristian, they are short-sighted. An educated workforce will be contributing to his social security benefits eventually. Who in KS benefits from putting obstacles in their path to a college degree???

The Catholic Church has spoken, and not even a little bitty peep telling us they would pay for it. It has become the job of the American Taxpayer to support the Catholic Church.

With the way our economy is turning out, we may see many of them return to Mexico and whereever else they came from. Could 12 million illegal immigrants have something to do with our economy? Can they replace the 50 million babies aborted since 1973? By 2008, them and their children would come to an estimated 150 million more citizens that would be much more educated than our illegals. No one knows.
