Increased potency is a good thing, not a bad thing. It means you don't have to smoke as much. Back in the seventies people rolled marijuana cigarettes as big as your finger, now they use pipes with a bowl as big as a pea, and if the marijuana is strong one is all you need.
Who ever said you should drive after smoking pot? I think you set up a straw man to knock down with this one, I have never heard driving while high advocated. I have heard that it is safer than driving while drunk but never heard either endorsed.I also never heard breastfeeding while high being advocated, so I think you are making up myths so you can debunk them.
I would never claim marijuana is as healthy as granola , but I think it is reasonable to say that it is better for you than alcohol. If that is true, we should not arrest those who use it, while allowing Alcohol to be sold and advertised on TV.
