Of course he was going. He couldn't not go. But he won't admit that. He just likes looking like superman, even if it's premature for Halloween.

Couric: You've said, quote, "John McCain will reform the way Wall Street does business." Other than supporting stricter regulations of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac two years ago, can you give us any more example of his leading the charge for more oversight?
Palin: I think that the example that you just cited, with his warnings two years ago about Fannie and Freddie - that, that's paramount. That's more than a heck of a lot of other senators and representatives did for us.
Couric: But he's been in Congress for 26 years. He's been chairman of the powerful Commerce Committee. And he has almost always sided with less regulation, not more.
Palin: He's also known as the maverick though, taking shots from his own party, and certainly taking shots from the other party. Trying to get people to understand what he's been talking about - the need to reform government.
Couric: But can you give me any other concrete examples? Because I know you've said Barack Obama is a lot of talk and no action. Can you give me any other examples in his 26 years of John McCain truly taking a stand on this?
Palin: I can give you examples of things that John McCain has done, that has shown his foresight, his pragmatism, and his leadership abilities. And that is what America needs today.
Couric: I'm just going to ask you one more time - not to belabor the point. Specific examples in his 26 years of pushing for more regulation.
Palin: I'll try to find you some and I'll bring them to you.
Now it's my turn to ask Katie and her biggest fan Rochelletoo a question...

During the 20 years the ersatz messiah Barack Obama sat on his self-serving behind and exposed his family to the anti-American racist filth spewed by his mentor and pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright...Exactly, who regulated who?

Answer the question or will both of you need to get back with me later?

The democrats might have to watch or be careful what they wish for after tonight.
The debate is on,,,i only hope for the sake of America and its Americans,,its an unbias debate and they get to the issues instead of Barack getting softball pitches thrown to him, or even McCain gatting the easy questions for that matter.

The facts are this: McCain was running like a chicken with it's head cut off from the debate and his funny little VP is too busy ducking the press. Do we really want these idiots in the oval office representing us? I think NOT!

Johnny couldn't make heads or tails of the economic crisis so that's why he wanted to be in Washington, sure his pal BUSH asked both candidates to be present, but instead of helping the situation McSAME only made things worse.

Better late then never for McSAME to get on board to what the American people expect.

WE expect him to Debate the issues because it's obvious the House Republicans don't want him around the negotiation table. I mean really, can you blame them.(LOL)

Looking forward to the debate to see McSAME get 'CRUSHED' by our Next President.

Wow, you have so thoroughly worn that out and yet you repeat and repeat beyond the usual range. Are you OCD, John, as well as having sociopath tendencies? My sympathies if you are as I have a good friend with that and its a definite pain to him. The medication lessons the hold it has on him but it doesn't free him entirely.

McCain would never let Obama go on without him. He now has to eat his words. OBama was right, this is the time we need to be hearing from them. One of these men wll be inheriting this mess, I for one want to know what their plans and ideas are.I just want them to switch the topic from foreign affairs to the economy.

McCain will go to Mississippi only to defeat the ‘citizen of the world’, the socialist and the clueless Barack Obama.
It is not surprise that at time of crisis the American people trust the American hero McCain over the zero achievement ‘show talker’ Barack Obama that show his helplessness at time of crisis.
McCain is a true American great leader who stands for the constitutional rights of the American people when liberal Barack Obama is selling the American people with the bailing debacle for his gains of millions of dollars in Acorn.
Barack is a political hack who was able to advance his political career as community organizer with Muslim roots. Barack will say anything if it will get him to the White House. Barack Obama’s earmarks and pork barrel of 330 million or 1/3 billion dollars during 2008 alone is money that was taken from the American people taxpayer ‘under the desk’. This money was not subjected to voting of US Congress and was added to other Congress resolutions as trick of blackmailing the White House. Obama that became multi-millioner since 2001 through his relations with the corrupt contractor Rejzco received $100,000 as earmarks in 2001 for botanic garden that was never built. The records show that Obama granted $65,000 to no other but the wife of his campaign volunteer. In addition,$20,000 was granted to Contractor Company that belonged to same woman. Obama is used to get hundreds of thousands of dollars from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac was using the American taxpayer money for his own personal use and interest groups use, which is unacceptable for a potential president of US.

Congress is failing. The 'Declaration Of Independence'1776, was only a Photographic Opportunity. The right and left are in on this. Both want to 'work it out' behind closed doors, in the dark of night. That process is how we got here. Washington wants to fix this, they should. Did this all start with getting drivers licenses for illegals? This is a Continental Congress.
