he was not bad president, he was at least 90% better and wiser than this corrupt gang Timoschenko-Juszczenko. What a problem have these people?
Russia is more close to Ukraine as EU and it is more wise to make ties with Russia than with EU. EU will ruin UKraine just like it was done to Grece, Spain, Porftugal and all these postkomunistic countries.
Better wake up, because there are no return sometimes.

I think the more pertinent question is whether Ukraine will be the final nail in the EU coffin. You know, they've been digging their own debt grave for years now with such a willy nilly expansion. The haves are starting to buck from carrying the have nots.

Anyway, they're not being offered membership any time soon, just some economic austerity measures, another 'shock therapy session', so to speak.

On the other hand, it might do them good. God only knows, they need it.

Maybe a new influx of German farmers will get their act together?

I think it could be another Turkey, maybe they won't get full membership,we can't handle the Countries that are already in,no the Reich are only interested in getting a foothold through the EU so they can loot Ukraine and I believe try and get a military foothold, these people are insane if they think Russia will stand by until Nato arrives on the border, just been on the news here that Rice has warned Russia not to intervene militarily, well for a start Russia hasn't threatened any such thing,YET,but I can't believe the arrogant impudence of this woman,Russia has economic and security interests in Ukraine who the hell does she think she is?

Well, all this warning back and forth really amounts to a hill of beans.

If the Crimea were to declare itself independent and Russia begin to fortify Sevastopol, they're not be a damn thing they could do about it without starting WWIII.

That's the problem with these so-called neocon 'think tanks' in the US. They're too often populated by thought-challenged idiots always trying to push their luck.

You know, there are always these idiots in our governments that live and breath to taunt the Russian bear. They frankly can't live with an independent country of that size, with all its faults and foibles. They use the jihadists, they use the Ukrainians, they use the Olympics. Frankly, they need a good psychiatrist more than a good shower. It'd be comical if it weren't so pathetic.

LOL

Get a load of this:

Among other bills the new parliament is to consider are ones outlawing Yanukovich’s Party of Regions. And another one seeks to censor Russian media, accusing them of biased reporting on the protests in Ukraine.

Democracy and freedom in action, LOL

They are Fascists masquerading as Democrats, well some of them are, others are actually proud of their Fascism, and the US and the EU are flirting with the Fascists,if my Dad was still alive he would be asking why he spent six of the best years of his life fighting Fascism in Europe,i don't think I could give him an answer.

Yes my friend we know how they work,i believe this rampage started when Yugoslavia was attacked, they got away with that one more or less so they became even more arrogant and attacked several other Countries, they are what I call the Dr Strangelove faction, they really are that bonkers, its their insanity that makes them very dangerous, they have been poking a stick at Russia for twenty years and since Putin came to power they are more frenzied, the way they are going at the moment in Ukraine they could start something that would be a nightmare.

Dr Strangelove faction. Yep, spot on (if you don't mind my borrowing the phrase).

Hope you don't mind if I use it. They really are bonkers. If I were back in college, I'd be tempted to change my major to behavioral psychology and do a thesis on them.

These clowns circulating here think we're both Putin cheerleaders when what they completely fail to understand is what the battle is really about, what the true dangers manifesting themselves at home are and how we have our own domestic bears roaming the woods that need to be kept an eye on, if not caged.

Simple as that.

No problem, when you look at McCain he must be the guy that Genearal Jack Ripper was based on,remember him he had gone literally insane with his Russophobia, the Russians were taking control of our body fluids to subvert the Nation,LOL!! I know it was just a film but so close to how these people are.

As far as I can see every leader they had since independence has been corrupt, difference is the others were working for the Reich.
