This is the most disgusting thing I've heard of. He needs to pay with his own life, not be allowed to walk free less than 25 years later!

Time for me to start writing emails. My heart goes out to the friends and family of this beautiful woman.

He was paroled and good for him. As a childhood friend I'm glad to see that he served his time well and has earned his parole. I understand you might not like it, but he fulfilled the sentence.

And what about his victim's sentence? She's still dead.

An eye for an eye I say.

This IS BS .... this man deserves NOTHING! he falls in the pre 95 Truth in sentencing laws--- which either give underserved freedom to ReAL criminals or punishes those who truely deserved a chance at Freedom! How messed up is this??????????

Me and HODGKIN have a mutual friend that grew up with him in Winchester and he told me that his father spent over a Million dollars to keep this guy out of THE CHAIR and get him out on parole.
He also told me that some " NUT JOB" women from ALABAMA married this MONSTER while he was in prison in Mississippi !
This must be her or her family or friends that posted this idiotic statement ?:(
I'm betting if it was his wife/girlfriend/sister or mother, the tune would be a LOT different.

No sir, he did not serve his term. His term was life in prison and that is how it should stay.

Thats why I posted this , we KENTUCKIANS don't condone what happened here ?
This is a disgrace !
This was all over the news up here in LEXINGTON and It caught my interest !
I was living in FLORIDA back when this happened, so I didn't remember it ?
But , come to find out ?
Me and HODGKIN have a mutual friend in CLARK COUNTY, KY and the info I posted about this is rock solid , my friend knows the MONSTER and his family well !
This was disgraceful !!!!!!!!!!
Wow, that's bizzare to have that kind of conection!

I cannot believe that in this day and age with all the studies of revidisiom (spelling) rates so high with rapists and murderers, they even consider releasing such a monster. My heart goes out to the family and friends of the victim... I know what it's like to lose a loved one to murder.

Ya'll keep figthing the good fight and keep that animal behind bars!

having personally known this family in KY since the 1940's, one has to understand the old money crowd he grew up with; money that goes back to a substantial land grant after the Rev. War, banker as a granddad; newspaper president and investor as a dad; a crowd were money and influence will get you out of almost anything...even a life sentence...it appears. Snobs, you bet. Looking down at the middle class, of course!
