I would jump to give this article too much credibility.
I don't know about any other State, but ours is suffering pretty much due to illegals and their cost to much pandering going on which jacks up the price on everything. The pandering needs to stop.
Anyway, I do agree that more people need to be educate and understand the political process ,elections and how the lawmaking process works.
As long as we continue to have low information voters out there ,it will be hard to stop corruption, special interest, etc(at every level).
We all know it is not wise to believe everything one hears or reads through the Mass Media, but one can always believe by observing what going on around you. That is the best evidences of what is truly going on.

for me just looking back a few decades shows that when we had less illegal aliens and legal immigrants the average family could have 1 parent working buy a house a new car every year go on yearly vacations pay all the bills and have a savings account.

now we have been flooded with both legal and illegal it makes wages go down taking away the employees ability to have a say in the wages.

too much of all things is not good.like now we even bring in people from other countries fully knowing they will never contribute and will just take, putting them right on the dole as soon as they get here. we are not supposed to let anyone in how has not proven to be a contributor, the words used is they will no be a charge. even that is being over looked inorder to flood us.
