I completely agree with you. What I find to be worse than that is the fools who know a bad storm is coming and instead of preparing for it in advance, they suddenly have to run to the store or take care of an errand that could've either been addressed the day before or after the roads are clear. 400 crashes....just nuts.

The worst part is this:
it isn't just the winter. This snow storm decision making is the same way people run our country. It is like most humans cannot remember the ?subtlties? of most of their actions for longer than 2 3/4 months. americans deal with far too much stimuli. WE NEED TO SLOW THIS BUS DOWN! and soon or it is all going to fall apart, even worse than it is now.

Minnesota drivers are not the problem. The problem drivers are the foreigners who drove camels and zebras prior to invading our state.
