LOL Well I don't think it was right for those people to vandalize his car and assault him just for that, but just because you were a white man born in Africa, that doesn't mean you should refer to yourself an African american. That term refers to black people in America who were descendents of Africans during the US slavery. The same applies for Afrikaaners who are not indigenous and culturally tied to Africa.

Agreed. Just like Blacks in America. You may have been born here, but you clearly aren't American. You never will be.
