one more thing our state government should do thier best to assist as much undergraduate as possible, the issue of initiating a plan and unable to fulfil it should be unacceptable by Deltans. Ajee, Ukwuani (Amai).

The government has been quite sincere in its effort. My brother is a beneficiary and has traveled to Maryland. The process was quite truthful as he got it without any connection from high places. I also benefited from the DESOPADEC bursary of 2008. I believe better times are on the way, with God by our side.

i think desopadec is moving in the right direction as the motive of setting it up is being achieved slowly.however,i think opportunities should be given to others.i am an indigene of delta state studying airline pilot training over here in south africa and i have applied to desopadec for sponsorship a couple of times and their was no response.pilot training is very expensive, hence i am asking desopadec to extend their sponsorship to indigenes in aviation field.thanks
